Clean up small imperfections in a photo (a smudge, a scratch, a stray element) by painting over them: the AI fills the area naturally, directly in your browser.

Uses an inpainting model (MI-GAN) running in your browser via WebAssembly to naturally fill in the marked areas, based on the surrounding texture.

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from "Remove Objects from Photo"?

It's the same engine; this page is built for small, localized touch-ups (smudges, scratches, specks) rather than large objects, with a finer default brush.

Does it restore damaged old photos?

It helps with localized, specific damage. For a photo that's heavily deteriorated overall, results will be limited — it's not a full restoration tool.
