Technical details
- Drag over the preview to draw the area; the selection is mapped to the image's real pixels, so the crop keeps that region's original resolution.
- There are no preset ratios (1:1, 16:9…): the area is freeform.
- The result always downloads as PNG, whatever the original format. If you start from a JPG photo, the PNG will be much larger; to go back to JPG use the PNG to JPG tool.
- Accepts any image format your browser can open: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, BMP and, in modern browsers, AVIF.
- Limits: one image at a time, up to 25 MB and 40 megapixels.
