Analyzes the position of each word in the PDF to reconstruct rows and columns, including empty cells and tables that continue across several pages, and generates a real Excel file with numbers and text (including accents and symbols) preserved. No styles or advanced formatting. If a page has no recognizable table structure, it generates no rows for it; scanned PDFs need OCR and are outside the scope of this tool.

Technical details
- It detects tables the same way as PDF to CSV (lines by vertical position, cells by wide gaps, at least 2 rows and 2 aligned columns) and writes them to a single-sheet .xlsx, with a blank row between tables.
- Only values that can't be read any other way are stored as numbers (for example 28013 or 12.75). Values with leading zeros, such as postal code 08001, and thousands-grouped ones, such as 1.500, stay as text so Excel doesn't change them.
- No styles, formulas or cell formatting: a clean base for sorting, filtering or summing. Pages without a table structure contribute no rows.
- It needs real text in the PDF (not a scan). Limit: 50 MB.

Are numbers kept as numbers?
Yes, values that are clearly numeric are stored as numbers in the spreadsheet, not as text.
What happens if the PDF has no tables?
The tool clearly says so and doesn't download any file, instead of inventing a structure that isn't there.
